Description 

Kit required to install the HVT struts used in the NASA Spec Iron series with the MM Universal Coil-over Caster Camber Plates, Mm5CC-7

Includes the spacers, thrust bearings, and upper spring perches needed to install the Mm5CC-7 Caster Camber Plates with HVT-brand Spec Iron struts.

Mm5CO-9 installation kit fits the Mm5CC-7, which is the universal caster camber plate for installation of an aftermarket adjustable ride-height coil-over kit.

  • MM Universal Coil-over Caster Camber Plates: Mm5CC-7
  • HVT-brand Spec Iron struts

Fits
2005-2014 Mustang and 2007-2014 GT500 with Mm5CC-7 Caster Camber Plates and the HVT-brand Spec Iron struts

  • Thrust bearing reduces resistance to steering inputs.
  • Spacers correctly position the strut shaft height relative to the spherical bearing of Mm5CC-7.
  • Upper spring perch fits 2.5" coil-over spring.
  • Spacers sized to fit the HVT strut shaft to the oversized spherical bearing of the Mm5CC-7.
  • Thrust bearing has an O-ring seal.
  • Upper spring perch fits 2.5" coil-over spring.

All 2005-2014 Mustang models fitted with the HVT-brand Spec Iron struts and one of the MM Caster Camber Plates listed below.

These MM Caster Camber plates are easily modified to accept the Mm5CO-9:

  • Mm5CC-1: 2005-2010 Mustang Caster Camber Plates
  • Mm5CC-2: 2005-2014 FRPP #M-18183-B for FR500S/Sachs Caster Camber Plates
  • Mm5CC-3: 2005-2010 non-logo Shelby Caster Camber Plates
  • Mm5CC-3.1: 2005-2010 Shelby-logo Caster Camber Plates
  • Mm5CC-5: 2005-2014 MM Caster Camber Plates for Eibach R1/R2 struts

Does NOT fit:

  • Any caster camber plates other than those listed above
  • Any struts other than the HVT-brand Spec Iron struts
