Select Bushing Material
- Urethane: Intended for street use. These bushings will make your Mustang far more responsive to steering inputs because of reduced deflection, while keeping it quiet and comfortable.
- Delrin: Intended for racing. These bushings have zero deflection and a longer life expectancy in racing applications than urethane. Expect an increase in ride harshness and noise transmission compared to urethane.
Stock k-member Note
Only urethane bushings should be used because stock k-members do not have a flat surface at the bushing mounts. Urethane easily deflects to accommodate the surface irregularities, while Delrin is too hard to deflect and will cause significant fitment problems.
- Lighter weight than MM standard front control arms because the swaybar mount is omitted.
- 11.4 lb lighter than stock front control arms. When installed with required coil-over conversion kit and caster camber plates, removes a total of 27.3 lb.
- Keeps the stock Fox Mustang wheelbase when installed with a stock k-member.
- May be installed on 1994-2004 Mustang to move each front tire inboard approximately 0.9".
- Quickens steering response by reducing bushing deflection.
- Non-offset control arm
- Lightweight yet robust tubular design
- True 'A-arm' not a 'V-arm' construction
- Top quality OEM Ford low-friction ball joints
- Durable black powder coated finish
- Available with either urethane or Delrin bushings.
- No swaybar mount for reduced weight
Requires a front coil-over conversion because there is no provision for mounting a stock-location spring.
Fits
- 1979-1993 Mustang
- 1994-2004 Mustang: Moves tire inboard approximately 0.9" from stock SN95 position.
- Stock 1979-2004 Mustang k-members. NOTE: 1979-1987 k-members and 1988-1993 2.3L k-members require minor clearancing to remove an interference with the cross of the 'A'.
- Aftermarket 1979-2004 Mustang k-member that also fits stock Mustang front control arms
Stock k-member Note
Only urethane bushings should be used because stock k-members do not have a flat surface at the bushing mounts. Urethane easily deflects to accommodate the surface irregularities, while Delrin is too hard to deflect and will cause significant fitment problems.
